Take control of your online parking booking with ease. You can modify your reservation via the My Bookings option on the website, up to 4 hours before your scheduled arrival—no extra fees involved.
Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your booked entry time, or add Cancellation Protection for an extra $5 at the time of booking to be able to cancel up to 1 hour before your booked entry time.
Need to make a change? If there’s a fare difference for your new booking, you’ll be required to pay the remaining balance.
If your plans change within four hours of your arrival, our administration team is here to help. Call us for assistance.
Important Information
Please ensure that all fields in the Refund Application Form are filled in accurately. You must include the Order ID provided within your booking confirmation. Any supporting evidence such as proof of purchase or car park exit receipts must be attached for us to review your request.
